4. REPAIR PROCEDURES

MONITOR DESCRIPTION
The ECM estimates the ECT based on the starting temperature, engine loads, and engine speeds. The ECM
then compares the estimated temperature with the actual ECT. When the estimated ECT reaches 75_C
(167_F), the ECM checks the actual ECT. If the actual ECT is less than 75_C (167_F), the ECM interprets
this as a malfunction in the thermostat or the engine cooling system and sets the DTC.

监视器说明
发动机控制模块根据起始温度、发动机负荷以及发动机速度预测发动机冷却液温度。发动机控制模块将预测温度与实际的发动机冷却液温度进行对比。当预测发动机冷却液温度达到75°C (167°F)时,发动机控制模块检查实际的发动机冷却液温度。如果实际的发动机冷却液温度低于75°C (167°F),发动机控制模块将此作为恒温器故障或发动机冷却系统故障,并出现本故障代码。

Quantum mechanical effects must be considered whenever a particle's physical size approaches the wavelength of the material's electrons. At this critical dimension the energy of the particle's electrons cannot be predicted by the bonding normally associated with the bulk material.
For macroscopic sized particles, electrons take on discrete quantums of energy that lie within energy bands, each band consisting of many energy levels that electrons can share through their thermal energies. As a particle's size is reduced to nanoscopic dimensions, the allowable energies within continuous bands separate into discrete levels (since there are far fewer atoms in the mix). This occurs when the separation between energy levels approaches the thermal energy of the electrons. With fewer energy levels within the specific energy band, the density of states of the material changes.
The density of states is a measure of the number of energy options available to an electron as it falls into a lower energy level by giving up energy, or as it ascends to a higher energy level after absorbing energy. Density of states, particle size, and other nanoscopic properties can be deduced from electrical measurements.
The electrical resistance of a nanoparticle is directly affected by band gap, the distance between adjacent energy levels within electron energy bands, and size effects with respect to the material's mean free path (average distance an electron travels between scattering events). Generally, for materials other than metals, bandgap directly influences whether a particle is a conductor, an insulator, or a semiconductor.

Serum samples from 100 healthy blood donors (Population A) were tested with three Hyaluronic acid (HA) kit lots. The mean HA value of this population was determined to be 28.5 ng/mL with a standard deviation of 24.0 ng/mL. A normal cut-off of 75 ng/mL was established based on the
95th percentile of the normal population.

EXPECTED PREVALENCE
Clinical Specificity: Healthy Individuals Serum samples obtained from healthy individuals were tested on the HA Test Kit to determine the clinical specificity of the assay. A second population of 100 normal serum samples (Population B) and 180 serum samples obtained from healthy individuals were evaluated for HA concentration. Relative to the established normal range of 0 - 75 ng/mL, nine of the 280 serum samples were found to be positive, resulting in a overall clinical specificity of 96.8%.

Clinical Sensitivity
Liver Disease (Cirrhosis)
A total of 62 serum samples obtained from patients followed in a Hepatic Disease Clinic were tested with the HA Kit to determine the clinical sensitivity of the assay. Forty-nine patients were diagnosed with cirrhosis (mostly alcohol related), and 13 patients were undergoing detoxification (detox) treatment for alcohol abuse with no clinical or laboratory evidence of liver disease. The percentage of samples with HA levels > 100 ng/mL for the two groups compared to the healthy controls tested at the same time are shown in the table below.

The mean HA values for the cirrhosis and detox groups were found to be statistically different when compared to the healthy control group (p < 0.001).

PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS
Detection limit:
The minimum detectable HA concentration that this test kit is able to accurately measure has been established at 10 ng/mL.

Precision:
The HA assay was evaluated for intra-assay (16 replicates) and inter-assay value precision (3 assays, 16 replicates per assay) across multiple HA kit lots. The average coefficients of variations (CV%) obtained are summarized in the following table.

Recovery:
The recovery of the HA assay was determined by testing 11 samples of known HA concentration on three HA product lots. Two sets of dilutions were prepared and tested in duplicate. Percent (%) recovery was calculated for each lot by dividing the mean HA value obtained from testing by the known (expected) value. The results for all three lots are summarized in the table below.

1.1. 试验方法:双抗原夹心法,包被95%以上纯度mNGF,包被量2ug/ml。封板后干燥备用。将过氧化物标记到同样纯度的mNGF上,确定工作浓度备用。
1.2. 工作参比:兔NGF抗体,为sigma公司产品。
1.3. 系统评价:90份正常人血清,5倍稀释,加入包被好的板中,37℃孵育1小时,洗涤后加HRP-mNGF,37℃孵育1小时,洗涤后TMB显色,37℃5-10分钟,2mol/L硫酸终止反应,450nm波长读结果,P/N>2.1判为阳性。
工作参比测定,将sigma公司兔抗NGF分别用稀释液系列稀释:200倍、400倍、800倍、1600倍、3200倍;测定方法与系统评价相同。

Criteria for positive results was P/N>2.1.

国内这几年在发展聚乙烯管道过程中,电熔管件发展相对比较慢,主要是由于生产电熔管件技术复杂,从国外引进技术价格昂贵,所以一开始仅有少数厂家(相对管材生产厂的数量) 在生产电熔管件,其中完全严格按欧洲标准检测控制质量的更为少数,而在这“少数”之中还有的企业对电熔管件只与自己的管材配套销售,不单独销售,这就形成了国内聚乙烯管材市场

近年、国内にポリエチレンパイプの発展中に、電気溶接パイプ用継ぎ手の発展はわりと遅いのである。主な原因として、電気溶接パイプ用継ぎ手の生産技術が複雑で、国外から技術を輸入すると、価格が大変高いのである。これによって、最初に電気溶接パイプ用継ぎ手を生産するメーカーが少なかった(パイプを生産する工場と比べて)。その中にヨーロッパ基準で品質を厳しく検査、管理しているメーカーもめったになかったのであるが、単独に商売せずに、本工場が生産したパイプとセットして商売しているメーカーもあった。これによって、国内ポリエチレンパイプ材料市場で、一時に電気溶接パイプ用継ぎ手の不足の局面になった。この不足は外商に補充された。例えば、ドイツの「フラテック」(FRIATEC)の電気溶接パイプ用継ぎ手は値段が高いが、国内の売れ行きも相当によいのである。国内にポリエチレン電気溶接パイプ用継ぎ手の生産歴史が一番長くて、規模が一番大きい会社は「亜大プラスチック製品有限公司」である。

1 ОБЛАСТЬ ПРИМЕНЕНИЯ
Настоящий стандарт устанавливает общие требования к защите от подземной и атмосферной коррозии наружной поверхности стальных (малоуглеродистые низколегированные стали класса не выше К60) магистральных трубопроводов, транспортирующих природный газ, нефть и нефтепродукты, и отводов от них, трубопроводов компрессорных, газораспределительных, перекачивающих и насосных станций, а также нефтебаз, головных сооружений нефтегазопромыслов (включая резервуары и обсадные колонны скважин), подземных хранилищ газа, установок комплексной подготовки газа и нефти, трубопроводов теплоэлектростанций, соединенных с магистральными трубопроводами (далее - трубопроводы), подземной, подводной (с заглублением в дно), наземной (в насыпи) и надземной прокладках, а также трубопроводов на территории других аналогичных промышленных площадок.
Стандарт не распространяется на теплопроводы и трубопроводы, проложенные в населенных пунктах, коллекторах, зданиях, многолетнемерзлых грунтах и в водоемах без заглубления в дно.
